Customers like the sturdiness, quality, weight and performance of the keychain tool. For example, they mention it's well made, a perfect little extra tool to hide in that little pocket, and it'd be perfect for the car or pack. They also like the finish, and bottle opening. That said, opinions are mixed on sharpness, and size.

The screwdriver tips are a little thick, but if they were any thinner, it would compromise the pry bar aspects of which this is better suited than its knife-bound counterparts.
The blade is sharp and works for the most part, but if you really need to slice through cords and belts, then the grip is a little on the small side. I'd recommend a more dedicated tool for EMT-types like the Spyderco or Benchmade. But it does make short work of a dull pencil!
I swapped out the small lanyard with real paracord, and it now resides in my EDC pack.
While I haven't used it for such yet, I also intent on gripping it with my leatherman pliers for increased leverage, deep recessed work, and for when the screwdriver fits the slot. Of course it can also accept a stick, nail, or other elongated object through the center for added turning leverage.
Oh, and it does make a fine bottle opener, but frankly, my fav cooltool opener is on the grip of my Glock Serrated Edge Knife w/Sand Handle . Now that opens some eyes as well as beer bottles.
I'm a carpenter & use this tool multiple times for multiple tasks every day. I wish to address some other reviewers gripes about this tool.
Slot screwdriver. It has worked perfectly for 3 different sizes of screws for me. Plus the pry tool front handles this challenge as well. Quit whining or use a leatherman.
Size. Although light, this tool is long for a keychain. About equal to an old Toyota truck key. I don't mind since I suspend my keys from a brass hook looped to a pocket or belt loop. A pry tool needs some length to help lever things open.
Bottle opener. I live in Oregon, land of the craft brews. It has easily opened every challenger so far.
Cutter. Most EDC geeks who buy this tool already carry a pocket knife anyways. Any man or woman worth their salt should carry a good blade. It's a seatbelt cutter. Let's hope you never have to use it.
Wrench slots. They have worked well for me several times. Especially for keeping one nut from spinning while you use a driver or wrench. Again, the length of this tool helps you on this task.

The good: the material (titanium) is great, light and strong. The bottle opener works fine, and the wrench works well. The seatbelt cutter works well for opening boxes too. The pry tool is decent.
The bad: The screwdriver is a joke. Aside from being so wedge-shaped that it won't fit in many actual screws, the implement is in the middle of the tool, which keeps you from using it in anything but a wide open space. Most small screws I would use this on are in tight spaces, and I'd prefer to have the screwdriver on the end of the tool. Additionally, there's no Phillips-head tool.
Overall, it's less useful than it could be, and not worth the nearly thirty dollar price.
If you are buying this product for the bottle opener then its a 5/5 stars. If you are looking to buy this for the seat belt cutter I would give it 3.5/5 stars. The pry tool and other functions are a bonus. I have recommended this item to many people already.
They don't describe the weight accurately. This weighs about the same as a bic pen. The hex slot on the end fits all standard screwdriver bits and extensions. The seat belt cutter can cut 550 cord with ease. The flat head screwdriver on the side is too wedge shaped to be much use, but it does work on shallow jobs. 5 star pocket tool to hang next to my Fenix E05 and Leatherman Squirt PS4.
